Hi there, Our Valued customer of Rooo-Star! We totally get it—returns can sometimes be a pain. But fret not! We've got all the info you need about our Returns Policy right here, without all the frills.

First things first, if you're not totally thrilled with your purchase, just get in touch with us. We take immense care in crafting each Candle, Diffuser and Room Mist, aiming to deliver a top-notch product that'll bring you joy. But hey, we understand that sometimes things don't work out.

Returns

So, here's the deal: you've got a 14-day return policy starting from the day you receive your item. To qualify for a return, make sure the item is unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and packed up in its original packaging. It's a good idea to use a recorded delivery service, as we can't be responsible for any items lost during transit. Oh, and please note that we don't cover the postage costs for returned items at the moment.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and give it a good inspection, we'll send you an email to let you know if we've approved the refund. If all goes well (fingers crossed!), we'll automatically process the refund to your original payment method. Just keep in mind that it might take a little time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.

Return Exceptions

Now, let's have a look at our exceptions. Unfortunately, items can't be returned once they've been opened or used. We're all about delivering fresh and unused products, so no returns or exchanges for items that have been altered or put to use.

Damages & Issues

If by any chance you receive a defective item, a damaged package, or even the wrong item (come on everyone makes the odd mistake) please inspect your order upon arrival and reach out to us immediately. We want to sort out any issues as soon a possible. In some cases, we may request visual evidence like images or videos of the damage, just for our records.
