Chi Chi and An An, Our magnificent ceramic figures were inspired by the famous pandas who captured hearts back in the swinging sixties. Chi Chi, whose name translates to "Naughty Little Girl" in Mandarin, and An An, named after the panda from Moscow Zoo, have become the stars of our collection!

Back in the day, London Zoo had big plans for Chi Chi and An An. They hoped to bring these two pandas together and create a cute little panda family. However, things didn't go as smoothly as planned. It turned out that Chi Chi and An An had a bit of a disagreement and showed signs of aggressiveness towards each other. It seems like their interests mostly revolved around eating and sleeping, just like any true panda!

Now, in their ceramic form, Chi Chi and An An are forever frozen in their favourite seated position, which is how they spend most of their time chomping on delicious bamboo.
